The Islamic World International Conference will target the Muslim community both locally and abroad, and also those interested in learning more about the religion of Islam. IWIC hopes to attract Muslims and Non-Muslims by utilizing various grassroots marketing tools, as well as some mass media components that will provide the most effective and efficient results in promoting the event. Statistics show the city hosts the second largest Muslim population in the country, which will provide a strong pool of potential attendees to draw from as the promotions team builds the strategies and forecasts for non-Muslim attendees and Muslims abroad. There will be a rare opportunity for your organization to have direct access to a unique mix of consumers. With the marketing and promotions strategy that Islamic World will implement, the masses will recognize the magnitude of this powerful event and they will come out to participate.

Each standard space will be given one 8’ table, two chairs and a table covering Each Double space will be given two 8’ tables and three chairs and table covering. Exhibitors will be allowed to set-up between the hours of 6am to 8am on the day of the conference (10/5/2018). Break down to be completed by 9pm on the final day of conference (10/8/2018). At time of application $250.00 deposit is due and Full payment is due no later than September 15, 2018. If full payment is not made by this date exhibitor forfeits their right to the booth. Exhibitor shall not sublet their space to any other organization, person, or entity without the express written consent of Islamic World International Conference Inc. Subletting will result in the revocation of exhibitor application and booth. Exhibitor acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for sales and shall in no way hold Islamic World International Conference responsible for payment. Exhibitors are responsible for all costs associated with any and all of its actions, employees, and volunteers. No exhibitor shall hold itself out as an agent of Islamic World International Conference. at any time. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If exhibitor is not approved by Islamic World International Conference all payments will be refunded.

The exhibitor agrees to each clause set forth in this agreement and identified in the Islamic World International Conference exhibitor application. Failure by the exhibitor to abide by any clauses set forth in this agreement, and the application above, gives IWIC the right to:

  1. Immediately terminate this agreement
  2. require the exhibitor, immediately upon notice of violation, to cease operations and vacate the premises
  3. Forfeit any and all fees paid to IWIC for the right and privilege to participate as a exhibitor at the conference. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
